‘Dreams Of You’

I often dream about you,
The dreams that can lift
A smile at the side of my lips…

I dream of our school days,
And the moments we studied,
Together, amidst the chatters.

I dream of all the days we spend,
Along the roads, spreading wings
Untethered kites, without a control.

I dream of the tears we shed,
During bad days, and tears
We wiped off of each other.

I dream of the fights we battled,
Almost breaking off, and then
Find our way back to the joy.

I dream, as often than not,
About You, Friendship, and
Wakes up with a bright smile…
