Move On

image

‘Move On’

The finalized drafts, and
signed agreements.
Fate sealed with ink and tears.
Arguments halted.
without an end result, life ended.
Divorced. Finally.

You tried to sugar coat, to
Find where we went wrong.
You said I was the reason,
You said I should’ve tried hard.

Didn’t I give all for you?
Give up a family, friends
My pet cat, ’cause you’re allergic,
My favorite dresses, my hobbies.
Myself… Didn’t I?

If You can’t love me anymore, just say so.
Don’t dirty the remnants
of life we lived, with lies,
Filled with more scoop of lies.

If you can’t love me,
move on, please,
don’t try to move backward,
and Change it all.
